Clark is a farming and ranching community located in Glacial Lakes region of South Dakota. Hunters from all over the country come to Clark to enjoy the abundance that the pheasant season offers. Effective October 1, 2009, the drivers license renewal service is being discontinued in Clark county. The closest renewal station is in Watertown at the Armory. Their hours are Tuesday - Friday, 7 am to 5:30 pm.
